Buyer beware. There are much better companies out there - with good prices and good service. |

After lots of what appeared to be automated responses, was directed to their page for RMA request. Followed their procedure for sending it back.
They refunded my original costs, but they did not refund the cost of returning the mis-shipped item. So I'm out the cost of sending it back, and I still don't have the item.
