my credit card was charged immediately. Two weeks later I received a ship notice with no tracking number. I placed numerous phone calls only to be placed on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time, and then hung up on. I sent several e-mail requesting updated information and a tracking number and never received a reply . After more than a month of no communication I turned the information over to my credit card company for dispute. My credit card company must have had the same experience because a month later the credit my account back for the full amount. Don't shop here they are just out to take your money! |
