This is completely unacceptable! Even your website is not user friendly for this purpose. The link included in my "back order" email did NOT take me to any cancellation page. |

I'm outraged over this! I've never experienced such deceit from a company when ordering a product online!! You people should be ASHAMED of yourselves! |

It is now February 13th and I still haven't received it. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact DVDAvenue by phone and by e-mail to request a refund for my purchase but thus far have been unsuccessful. DVDAvenue did send me several e-mails with a link that would supposedly take me through the order cancellation process. However, the link does not even work!! Needless to say, I will NEVER order from DVDAvenue again! |

I am unable to cancel the order, and yet my credit card was charged the entire order. I would not recommend this site to anyone. |

There is no customer service available either by e-mail or phone, so I have disputed the charge, and am waiting to hear from my credit card bank. I also intend to report DVD Avenue for their poor/nonexistent service. |
