by: Heather Miami, USA I actually got to meet Robert Shapiro at a tv shoot and I'm going to tell you what I told him. I'm so glad that he created legalzoom. I paid a lawyer $1,850 to do a will and it was done horribly. Actually, it wasn't even completely done because he wouldn't return my calls. I'm not a computer wiz but it took me 15 minutes to write a will on legalzoom and my attorney aunt said she couldn't have done it any better. $69 and I've got a valid will. Unbeleivable. |

by: Dianna Norton Shores, USA We filed for a LLP on Oct 8, 2007. We are STILL waiting for the documents. Customer service (and the expedited dept) just give us the run around. The supervisor I am dealing with gives me a different story every time and the facts don't match up. They REFUSE to give me a refund. I am contacting the Attorney General of my state because I have been unable to find anyone at LegalZoom that will complete this order that was to be completed in 30-35 days. |

by: Kyle Erie, USA They brag about reviewing your will, but they really only spell check it and see if the margins need fixing.
You also have to really spend some time looking around to find their definition of review, because they know that no one would pay more for a spell checker.
This is clearly intended to deceive potential customers into buying from them by making it seem like someone is checking to make sure it is legal.
